The Trust - Lawrence G. Bothwell a masterful Fraud

I am absolutely impressed by the masterful Ponzi scheme and numerous accounts of fraud that Lawrence G. Bothwell has been able to orchestrate over the last 6+ years. I am also amazed at the many different people that so desperately wanted to believe that he was real that they ignored the obvious and found themselves being guilty of fraudulently inducing others to believe their own fairytale. Over the next few weeks and months we will begin to journal the different events that took place. It is our hope that every person that has ever met Lawrence or the different puppets he recruited to help him defraud others will tell their stories on this blog. It is important that all of the details that are written in this blog are the absolute truth. So please no exaggeration. If you know of someone that has been exposed to this charade please direct them to this blog.

The bottom line:

1. There is no trust, even though many of the executives claimed there was because they had spoken to the Trustees.
2. Lawrence does not have, never had, nor will ever have right to Roger Salmonsons products. Even though an executive visited Roger.
3. The numerous letters from the trust were fabricated by Lawrence or his staff.
4. Any investors, employees or vendors that were paid received monies that were fraudulently taken from other investors.
5. There were never any bank wires to US accounts that were on hold, even though an email was dristributed from Bothwell executives and Lawrence himself.
6. Lawrence did not pay for cruises, vacations and trips to London. These were all lies covered up by key members of his staff that actually paid for the events.
7. Contrary to popular demand, just because people were defrauded by Lawrence does not free them from personal liability for fraudulent inducement of others.

Stay tuned to this blog...it is going to get very interesting very quickly. I am sure this will be a Life Time movie or a Mini Series.
